Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at Our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inventory limitations, errors in product or pricing information, or other issues. If Your order is canceled, We will make reasonable efforts to notify You and issue a refund where payment has already been collected.

Availability

Our products (including fresh peonies) are subject to limited availability. We do not guarantee ongoing availability of any specific product or quantity. We reserve the right to limit quantities on wholesale orders and subscription boxes based on farm production, weather, and quality standards.

Shipping & Pickup

We offer shipping to U.S. ONLY and local pickup in Wanatah, Knox, Chesterton, La Porte and Valparaiso, Indiana. Shipping timelines and local pickup instructions will be provided at checkout or via follow-up email. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or other events outside Our control.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because fresh florals are perishable, We generally cannot restock or resell returned product.

Due to the perishable nature of Our products, We are unable to accept returns. If Your order arrives damaged or does not meet reasonable quality standards, please contact us at thepeonyproject219@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with photos, and We will work with You on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund at Our discretion.

You agree to review the specific refund and cancellation terms shown at checkout or on the product page, which may supplement or refine this general policy.

YOUR COMMUNICATIONS
